We are fortunate enough to being working with renowned French Pastry Chef Edouard Fenouil. He trained in France before working in a variety of restaurants across the globe. Including England, France and Ireland before moving here to Kennesaw, Georgia. Chef Edouard has stated that “the philosophy on life and pastries is that each day, or pastry, should always be better than before.” With this perspective, along with his gifts in the art of fine pastry creation, it is an honor to have Chef cooking and creating here at Simmer Time.
